A Day Without The Internet

Awards: Nominated for Best Comedy (Campus MovieFest 2009 - school level)

This is one of my entries into Campus MovieFest 2009 for my Techniques of Film class. We were nominated for Best Comedy at the school level.

It was shot on a Canon XH A1 and edited on Final Cut Pro 6. I used a Steadicam Merlin system while shooting in the Library.

While shooting, we actually tripped the breaker twice with all the lights we had set up. Public safety told us to shut down filming so we had to improvise a little to get it finished. Unfortunately, the 5 minute time constraint I think hurt our movie. In the future, I'd like to make a 15 minute version and maybe even try to get Al Gore.
